Our fifth issue of In a Nutshell
promises to be one of the best yet! I want to begin by welcoming Frances Schuff as a columnist. We have all benefited from her advice and help on the list, it is a blessing to have her contributing regularly. This month we feature the second in our series of stories on selling in different venues. We have already visited a craft show, this month you will read about doing home shows with Joey Frey. Home shows can be a low cost, enjoyable way to get your products out there, and they really can work if you know how to go about doing one. Our supplier spotlight is on a very unique business, owned and operated by two sisters. Read all about them and make sure you check out the contest and see what a generous prize they have contributed to the winner. And of course, you will get to know one of
your favorite Nuts a little better, read about yet another herb that deserves a
place in your home, and benefit from Denise’s column, as always. Notice anything about all of the articles featured in In a Nutshell? They are all written by Soapnuts like yourself, who are willing to share their knowledge and experience with the rest of us. Please take advantage of our Submit page to send us articles, stories, ideas and opinions- we want to hear from you, as we believe that what really makes this list, and this newsletter, special are the people behind the posts. I would also like to take a minute to thank those of you who helped out behind the scenes with this issue, your assistance and support are truly appreciated!! Take care, and I hope to see you all in the dungeon….. ~ Khadijah Lacina Soapnuts is published monthly. website problems? mailto:snnewsletter@excite.com Copyright 2004. All rights reserved.
